The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Limited (NFRC)

The Institute of Roofing (IoR)

The IoR promotes improvement of skills and knowledge, for individuals working in the roofing industry, within the UK. The IoR is not a training provider, but works with colleges, roofing training groups and other training providers, in order to ensure roofing management and technician courses are available.

The Confederation of Roofing Contractors (CRC)

The CRC is a trade association, promoting high-quality skills and working practices. Membership with the CRC is available to roofing contractors, and Associate membership is open to all manufacturers and suppliers of roofing products, in the UK.

The Metal Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA)

Continued commitments to training, as well as sharing expertise with members, are the prime focuses of the MRCA. The MRCA operates as a consultative body for drafting codes of practice, European standards and NBS documentation. The MRCA promotes the use of metals in architecture, and this is achieved by production and distribution of manufacturers' literature.
